Equitable Pricing for Folio Society Members

We the undersigned acknowledge that the current pricing policy for geographically diverse members of the Folio Society is unfair and inequitable.
We request that all members of the Folio Society, regardless of geographical location, are charged the same price for books and that the universal currency for purchases should be in pounds sterling.
We accept the differentiation in postage and packaging costs but request that the society charges all members regardless of location, a sum which reflects the actual cost of shipping, and not one which is determined by other factors such as marketing.
We make clear  that geographical subsidisation at the expense of certain members due to geographical diversity is unbecoming of the spirit and essence of the Membership.
In the interests of all who love the Society we urge the Board of Directors to implement these changes in the first instance.
